Sokka already posted a link to that meme-thing with Fuuko's daily routine in it. Basically, I can sum the whole thing up by saying that Fuuko really doesn't spend that much time in the cabin! She has a normal sleep schedule (goes to sleep around 11 PM and wakes up around 8 AM)... when she wakes up, she'll brush her teeth and get dressed and all of that. Then she goes outside and DOES STUFF. Whoo. \o/

... also, she may or may not occasionally terrorize Sokka in his sleep. You know, with those hand-in-a-glass-of-water and whipped-cream-on-your-face types of things. It's just Sokka, though - Aang and Toph are safe. XD;
