I had not seen this pic yet, and although it is not nearly as delicious as the screencaps from the program about Richard Wilson, I thought it was worth posting. Because I can never have too much Colin in this journal and I am definitely in need of a pick-me-up today!

I'm bad. I was staring at the landscape shot more than the Colin shot. What is wrong with me???

Well, a shot with a gorgeous outcrop like that always has my attention too. It makes me want to go out there for some field geology.

Some people slow down for pretty girls or boys while driving. I slow down to get a better look at the rocks, haha.

Hmm...I don't think we do just yet! I think they are probably still marketing it to distributors since it is a small film.

It looks so lovely, there. On that cliff in the distance you can clearly see the sequence of formations that make it up, from oldest (to bottom) and youngest. The strata were, at one point, uplifted and portions have been eroded away, so that is what you see. I'd love to see what's there!

I definitely remembered that from my geology classes. :) I'd love to see what's there too. :)
