thanks! the recipe called for 24oz of strawberries, and we only had 16oz, so it came out a little flat... but very tasty. we brought it to the vertical practice / cookout this afternoon, and it vanished rapidly. :)

also, i'm really lucky i baked it on the silicone mat - i forgot to put a sheet pan underneath, and the filling leaked out in a couple spots, but it just went to the edge of the mat and stopped. which was nice, because it didn't make a huge mess in my oven, and i could just peel off the burned goo at the end.

Yum. Looks delicious. My parents and sister will be getting back to the house in about 30 minutes for dinner before we go to Easter Vigil. Dinner is kale, onion, garlic and dried tomato quiche, mixed greens with homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and mixed fruit for dessert.
