mom's working on a research project on how the various generations interact in the workplace; this is for a class she's taking (night classes at queens university towards a masters - about a 10-year endeavor

Tell her she gets bonus points for not trying to force an answer to _every_ question - if there's no option that I agree with I leave them blank. Way too many surveys try to require complete answers... which means I just throw them away. I'm happy to report that she set it up in an open ended manner.
