I don't know what to get you. I've never known. The money I have is what you give me and, in any case, you have everything you need and much more besides. I'm really sorry. I feel terrible. I asked to be able to acknowledge your birthday today and I've failed to get you anything suitable.

I hope I can still come to see you.

I think you going to him is all he’d want.
I always encounter this problem when it comes time to buy gifts, myself.

What do you get the billionaire in your life? I can't even bake him a cake or offer to do something nice for him. It makes you think when you realise how little you really have to offer someone.

I really wish I could help out. When I’m in a pinch I usually make something like socks or a scarf or even a tiny little figure, but I don’t think you know how to do this? Sometimes I’ll flat ask someone if I have money, but I’m really broke at the moment.

Ian told me you’re good at cooking.

Oh that’s really good. I was a little worried you were going to get pneumonia.
I’m my usual tired self. I’m on my way to an intake appointment so I can start getting a hold of my anxiety and everything. Hopefully this is a permanent change but it comes in peaks and valleys.

No, I don't. To be honest I can't imagine giving Armand hand-knitted socks.

He said that? That was kind of him. I do like to cook, but I'm forever burning myself. I try not to do it every day because of that. Do you cook?

It's Armand's birthday? Totally slipped my mind. Well since I know he reads your lj- Happy Birthday old man,how old are you now? 1000? 1500? All I know is you're older then Lestat and younger then Marius.

I'd say bake him a cake but he doesn't eat-cake.

Perhaps the best gift is your time.

Sarah's Idea of a blender is a great Idea. xD
Or a special edition of "The vampire Armand" In russian. Or in German! The German first print HC is awesome.
And even Armand have all editions at home already. Its not important. He would throw it away and would keep yours. Wonder if he would admit it though.
Or simply be there. I think thats a great gift.

It must be a really nice one. Maybe that kind that can heat things while blending. You can make soup right in the thing. Of course I saw this on late night infomercials so take it with a grain of salt I guess.

Haven't seen any posts from you in a while. Thought I'd drop a line see how things were. Did you survive Christmas and New Years at Chez Lestat? I heard he through quite a party but then he usually does throw lavish and spectacular parties.
