you could do the thing where you apply to the bartending school, then they send you all this information (plus really cheap barware) and then they tell you where the designated "test taking" place in your area is and dates/times, so it's really easy. I mean, you never have to actually make anything to get your license.

I'd go for the barista job, but I'm biased.
