I totally agree. Very pointed and well written.
What I don't understand is why you aren't a feminist?
I'm not trying to pick a fight, I just want to understand. The boy and I talked about this for quite a while last night.

i don't like saying i'm a feminist because the associations with the label frustrate me. however, having discussed it with a few people, if we go with the definition that a feminist just wants equal rights for men and women, then yes, i'm a feminist. and screw what other people think.
