I don't even know where to begin with a comment telling you just how AWESOME this story is. I could picture this so clearly between the girls! You have a beautiful way of writing and it just keeps getting better and better! I ADORE when you update and I always can't wait for more :)
I’m afraid I’m having to test how long you can go with waiting for updates…but it’s always nice to hear that even after a long period of no stories, there are those still waiting. Thanks for the kind message :)
Wait....what??? You...you...wanted to toss me into the waves?? Do you know how cold the water is in the North Sea? Fiiine......so you wanted me to freeze to death. Or have a heart-attack. Or die of hypothermia. Or drown in the waves. Or all of the above. FINE! (Not.) And all that just because I dared to ask for one of those beautiful updates of yours which would have gone perfectly well with those really, really beautiful sunsets I witnessed while I sat in that cosy beach chair. (See how good I am at sulking?)
(So, if you hadn't threatened me I probably would have said that I loved your latest story (a lot even), especially Emma being so ridiculously and at the same time adorably insecure about telling Jenny about her dream and Jenny dissolving Emma's anxieties into thin air so easily.)
I’m jealous of your sunsets and beach chairs. I’m glad you liked the story, even if you’re sulking although you were just on vacation, and dramatically at that. No, I don’t want you to get hypothermia and die. If you recall, I wrote up an agreement you once signed where you’re not allowed to die of weird things like that. I’m saying weird because it’s still very much summer here and the idea of dying from hypothermia is mad. …I’m jealous of your cold North Sea water.
I also feel like it’s actually supposed to be me sulking here, if either of us is entitled to that particular behavior. I think you’re just trying to distract me from sulking. And that’s just mean, but not entirely unlike you. I’m jealous that you get to be sulky.
