Another amazing chapter. For me it goes from heartbreaking, for the pain Jenny still can't seem to get past, of her wanting to give up Emma becuz she doesn't feel 'good enough' to the beginning of healing,of accepting, of knowing she needs to let Emma in. Because Emma's already there, she is the one that can help her to deal with all the pain she's feeling. Jenny can be vulnerable with Emma, without worry of judgement, only support and love.
'Perfectly strange', some might say, but I prefer your arrangement of the words - see, you really are a great writer :)
I like the smiles in your stories. Some, like in this chapter, are a balm for wounds without scars. I found a bookmark with an old proverb quoted on it: "If you see a friend without a smile give him one of yours". I hadn't heard it before but it sort of stuck with me - kind of like your stories do. They make me smile, many different smiles, but always a happy one for starters when I see you've posted a new one! Thank you very much for another stunning, exhausting, chapter.
What a sweet thing to like about a story…its smiles. That makes me really happy. I like that you’re collecting little pieces of nice things into your day, like smiles and proverbs. I do that too. Thank you for the wonderful message. :)
I love how Emma is a friend and lover all at once so that Jenny knows to what extent she is worth. Emma never lets her get too far gone before she reaches for her hand to bring her back~ Your words capture so much love and emotion...I have no words to describe just how awesome you are at writing! I CAN'T wait for more :)
That’s very kind of you to say. Emma’s pretty wonderful like that…I think Jenny just needed some gentle reminding. Thanks for sticking with the story. :)
Another wonderful installment. I think everyone above has pretty much covered what I wanted to say. I'm so glad Jenny finally tried to open up to Emma and Emma understood her so perfectly. You really write this couple so perfectly. Moreeeee please :)
You’re sweet. :) I’m not sure I’ll continue writing much after this story is finished, but thank you for the great support. I promise to leave them somewhere good.
Your fic is amazing, I love how you make their relationship so real, I can imagine all of this happening in my head while I am reading it. Love how Emma is Jenny's rock during this whole process too, it fits so well with their interaction and relationship.
