I saw a cyclist fall off his bike this afternoon. As he lay looking for all intense puposes as if he were injured several cars drove past and one even tooted him as if he were a nuisance. I was the only one who stopped. Ended up he was okay, just gathering his senses

I agree. It's horrible. I try to always see if I can help someone who's fallen if I see someone fallen. :(

Good for you for stopping to see if he was okay!!! You read so many sad stories about people who are injured or sick and no one stops to help them. Ignoring seems to be much more the exception than the rule. :(
