What's your view on eating 'free-range' meat (i.e. organic, well-looked after animals)? Is it still inexcusable?

Originally I became a vegetarian because of factory farming. That was about 25 years ago, and from the evidence of the film I think it's fair to say things haven't really improved in large scale operations - particularly in the USA
