Greg at the 132nd Branch is a MANAGER there.

He will not cash the check and told me that Alesha put words in his mouth and "He didn't appreciate that".

i explained that as a representative of the company...he needed to take responsibility...and i work in financial services and i understand their are policies and procedures; however, don't tell me that there is nothing you can do. That is the worst response ever.

I now have two direct lines Tami at 515-213-4315 and Sylvia 515-213-5018

He got so pissy with me...it was almost funny how much I flustered him.

I told him that it's sad that he wants to inconvenience a current account holder rather than take care of the issue. i explained that i will do everything that i can to move as much money away as possible.

Yeas for you!!!! How much more hassle would it have been to do the paperwork? Won't cash it unless you become a customer...asshole a customer WROTE the check.

Another number I was given because I'm up here in Mpls land is 1-800-225-5935. It's a national number to some customer service department.

Is Alesha the bank teller that tried to cash the check until Greg stomped on customer service and human decency?
