P.S. Four Sugar Gliders came in and I was "in hog heaven" according to Dr. Badger. I got to hold them and they sniffed me!

A cat got a c-section/spay which involves removing the uterus while the kittens are still in it and then taking the kittens out. It was me and Winston's job to take the kittens out. It was amazing. I went to the park and read a book and laid around in the grass. It was lovely.

C-section on a cat. Kittens were dead and it smelled really bad. I didn't feel like passing out at all whcih is a good sign. Horse castration. His ball fell off and then he stepped on it. Today a sheep came in with a prolapsed uterus. Google image that if you dare. It had to be puched back in which appeared to be the most painful precedure in the history of the world, so it was sedated. Then I went to a farm with one of the vets to "pull a calf." I started at the vets office today. It was really cool, kind of boring when there is nothing to do but I really like it. I get to watch alot of surgeries. I watched a lumpectomy, two neuterings, a horse get an ultrasound from inside its ass (he stuck his whole arm in there and it smelled really bad), a bunch of stitches, and a dog get spayed. I asked not to be put on next weeks schedule. "Well I already made it. I'm bust right now because it's dinner so you'll have to call and talk to me later." So I am done with Cracker after this week, maybe even sooner. I may just tell them that I can't work the only day that I am scheduled this week. And do you know why? A man who helped me catch a fish at Reelfoot lake, a man in Maine who had to have been atleast 70 but insisted on helping me carry my bags and he gave me a Wurther's candy, and a homeless man I met in San Francisco Thursday. So I don't consider myself a radical feminist, but I'm pretty sure that I just saw a commercial that says "Because boys sometimes miss there's the swiffer yada yada yada" and then there's a woman cleaning around the base of the toilet.
