A "People are Sheep" link

Yes, I know I haven't paid much attention to LJ over the past few months.  The basic reason I'm posting now is that the link I want to post is way too long for Twitter, and Twitter won't shrink it.  Oh Well, the following is a wonderful example of how people are willing to be sheep in spite of themselves.
