Comic Con (Day Four)

The Day in Which Nothing Much Happens
Except for meeting frakking everyone

Now I'm not a Hall H person. I don't care about movies as much as I care about TV and even today's Ballroom 20 sched was boring (to me at least).

So Kelly and I decided to sleep in since Friday was so taxing. We got to the con at about 10:30 and went to the browncoats booth to get more shirts and Felicia was there with her Guild costars. Cutes.

Then off to the FOX booth to pick up Kelly's sister's reserved copy of Dollhouse. We then wandered around FOREVER looking for where Bear McCreary would be signing. Giving up at one point and heading over to see the other Battlestar peeps.

So we got to the Official Pix booth and found...

We must be in the right place!!

And we were!

Eddie's so intense. In everything he does... I'm going to see him in Atlanta so I decided not to spend the money twice.

BUT I did get some other autographs which I will show you at the bottom.

Hogan decided to strip for us which was exciting.

He's so adorable and shocked that we all wanted to take his picture and talk to him

They are the most wonderful cast ever... Check of James Callis' face in the background... lol

And then this happened... It was both awkward and awesome at the same time...

And so I'm waiting there to talk to Hogan (because we're BFF) and I feel Kelly bump into me so I turn around and I see MICHAEL TRUCCO brush past us. He touched Kelly... it was beyond Epic. We kept retelling the story to each other and it ended up with them frakking on the signing table and the video of it was on YouTube... Epic.

Then we saw that Nicki Cline was signing for her video game today instead of (or along with) so we went to find her in our new life mission: To collect all the BSG cast members. In my camera, although I did invent a human pokeball like device to capture them for real

We also swung back around to the Official Pix booth to catch Adam Baldwin in the act of doing something awesome. Putting on BSG dogtags. My brain can't even begin to comprehend the awesomeness of that.

We decided we should at least go to one panel and headed to the Hilton for the GLEE panel. It was really good. I was iffy on the Pilot but this episode was really dirty and hilarious... And let's just say there was a freaking amazing rendition of Golddigger by Kanye... Jane Lynch wasn't there though...

Then we headed back to the floor because someone @replied me on twitter about where Bear was signing. We found him but I forgot to take a picture because I was so busy being excited and rushed. I did however take this picture of Tim Russ looking lonely at his table.

Then we decided to give up on getting a second copy of Dollhouse from the FOX booth because it was so crowded but in our attempt we saw this magnificent spectacle

Now I don't watch shows about vampires. I find it really disgusting... Not even Buffy, nothing. So True Blood doesn't appeal to me obviously but MICHELLE FORBES definately appeals to me... on several levels... and there she was. As I turned around, there was Cain being awesome.

THEN! Not 10 seconds later on our way out of the hall I spot none other than AMANDA TAPPING. THE NEXT BOOTH OVER. What the what!!! Comic Con is officially the best place and time on Earth.

We immediately registered for next year. $100 frakking bucks though... That's going to seriously piss off the people who've been going for 30 plus years...

And so my Autographs! I got Michael Hogan's because I love Tigh so much it isn't quantifiable. He wrote "Frak 'em all! Hogan XO" which I gather is what he's writing on all of them but still super awesome!

And it means that we're going to hug and kiss in the future...

AND I got James Callis' because he's made of so much win and is officially the smartest person I've ever met.

After asking my name he asked if I was ever called Betty. To which I replied, "NO, no nicknames." a little more forcibly than I had meant to... lol. He wrote "Dear Elizabeth, I can't get her outta my head - no matter how hard I try. Lots of Love, James Callis G.B."

W.I.N.

So the only one we didn't capture was Tahmoh who turned out to be at Bear's concert tonight which was sold out *grumble* OH WELL... I think we did pretty well considering the thousands and thousands of people here... woo
