JI feel for you so much because I hear myself in your head.
My 2 cents: A) Lisa may indeed be as manipulative as you describe. I have known people like this who deliberately excluded me from activities with shared friends because of their own self-esteem issues. B) Regardless of what you do about Lisa, I strongly urge you to also spend some quality time with books like "Feeling Good" and "the Seven Habits" (Stephen Covey). I hear in you the place where I was in my head during my depression, and I can assure you that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that even if you're not depressed you can change your automatic reactions to include interpretations that hurt your feelings much less and that allow you to laugh at the pathetic manipulations of others instead of taking them personally.
YMMV.
Personally I think you're an awesome overachiever (I mean that in a good way) that anyone of similar good sense would be pleased and proud to be friends with. Such as me, for example :)
Unfortunately, I think she sounds fairly toxic. At this point in her life, she seems too unstable for you to count on her as a friend. You don't need that.
She sounds like an energy vampire;she'll just stress you out more and more as time goes on, and you're already seeing how physically and mentally exhausting that can be. Avoid the drama llama if you can.

I don't know if you remember Darcy and Roderick. Darcy had ... issues. Eventually I decided the cost of her friendship exceeded my ability to pay. It cost me a gaming group
