For those of you who haven't figured it out, I severly dislike our new superintendent.  Joseph Wise is his name.  He previously worked in the Christina school district of Delaware.  He left them three years before his contract was up, and left them 13 million dollars in debt.  As of currently, they don't even know how many employees they have, and
