so i had a cross-country meet today and it was great. the course was nice and flat and it was only a little too warm out for running in my opinion. i got an ok time, for me, at any rate ( Read more... )

remember the kid we stayed with in SF for the USAS conference? Well I saw him today!!! He's going to Seattle University. Isn't that crazy awesome?

he recognized me! and i felt so bad because i was like...i totally recognize you but i can't remember your name or where I know you from...and then about 15 seconds later I remembered! I will.Hopefully I'll see him again...i'm not sure if I still have his email,do you?

Sleeping in your XC uniform? That doesnt sound pleasant. But, after five hours of sleep and then running, i can see how it wouldnt be that bad.
