In fourth place, brothers who aren't really brothers: Drs. House and Wilson (Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard) on Fox's "House." Beleaguered Wilson lets best pal House impose on him in so many outrageous ways - from eating his lunch to getting him suspended - that it's clear they're brothers at heart, just as Oscar and Felix were in "The Odd Couple."

"Who but a brother would tolerate all the stuff House puts Wilson through?" Leonard said when asked about the characters at a Fox event early this year. "(Wilson) does try to manage House's life and happiness a little more than most friends would."

But talk about their relationship?

"Guys don't do that," Leonard said.

Instead, they trade insults.

"That smugness of yours really is an attractive quality," Wilson once told House, who responded, "It was either that or get my hair highlighted."
