They were telling us at DigiPen, even as long ago as 12 years ago when I first started there, that "crunch" was stupid and literally counterproductive, based on scientific research. Any company (video game or otherwise) that still does "crunch" time today (and there are indeed far too many out there who do) is a company 1) that you shouldn't ever want to work for and 2) whose products or services you shouldn't buy, because they will be shoddy and inferior.

Also, based on some of the other misogynistic horseshit this shitbag was spewing in his stupid fucking PDF thing that they linked to (e.g. "Real engineers don't value money (the money is for the wife or GF)," or "There may actually be more female engineers but nobody can identify them..."), this asinine motherfucker could even be a perfect poster manchild for Irredeemably Toxic Shithole as well (assuming he isn't already, hell if I know or care to look up).
