Yeah, that CEIP shit was something I long ago turned off in Windows 7. The inability to turn it off in Windows 10 would be yet another dealbreaker in an ever growing list of dealbreakers for me.

Hopefully (white hat) hackers will be able to find ways to turn the ability to turn all this shit off back on again.
