goddammit! i hate HATE hate being sick. and of course, the second i settle in somewhere new and exciting, i get sick. stupid flatmates, infecting me. so, it started out as just a cold right? sore throat became cough became congestion everywhere. and NOW, oho, now my eye is all fucked up. wtf. it was kinda bothering me today and (grossness warning)

if you need to see a doctor, you can always hire a private doctor to come to your house, it's jsut that that costs more than going to the free clinic, which is open to everyone and therefore hell of busy. The thing with socialized medicare, is that it is all free but you have to wait a while if it's not an urgent issue, or you have to chock up the moola for a private doctor.

hey, yeah, so i wound up going to the clinic and they could see me and gave me antibiotics and everything worked out- my big long rant was for nothing, yay socialized medecine! heh. and i didn't know that about the private doctor, i guess that's really good to know, just in case, although i'm not sure if i have the moolah to hire one.

aw steph, i miss you too, so much. and don't worry about me, i went to the doctors and am feeling a million percent better and have a hot date with irish guy tonight, so everything worked out. you know me, i just like to bitch and moan. anyways, everything sounds so great with you, and it makes me so happy to hear it- with murch, with ultimate, with classes- i'm so glad that everything is going so well for you.
