A dream deferred because I am still wide awake and probably will be until 3 or so. The last couple of weeks i have found it increasingly harder to go to sleep at a normal hour. Getting 2-3 hours of sleep a night has not been very good for me. I just feel when I sleep im going to miss something. Its like a snow leopard caught in the furious

If this keeps up, and you can't seem to reset your sleep pattern, I recommend amking a visit with your doctor.
