If you guessed mine, you'd be right. Sorry that you have to deal with this. I'm just glad I didn't start rebuilding.

We got home from 2nd seder, and I was getting changed. wench25 starts screaming for me. Not knowing where she is, I start the search for her. She's in the basement. There is about 1" of water there. Thankfully, I still have Antonio's ( Read more... )

well my basement is fairly dry...just slightly damp. But we just sprang a leak in my ceiling :(

Our house doesn't have a basement, but if it did, I'm sure we'd be having issues. Our entire backyard is a gigantic muddy lake.

I feel your pain. I've had a contractor on call for the last year to spray hydrolic cement over one of the pipes in the basement. Only problem is that the walls haven't dried out over the last year! I've also come home to record amounts on the floor, coming up from the floor, from the walls, you name it. Luckily, mine is not finished, but I completely sympathize!
