Australian scenery art, and Australian history in general is boring.

Well, the stuff they teach you at school is anyways :)

A friend of mine is studying it more indepth at Uni, and my GOD some of the stuff that happened... :S

I heard that you only go through one year of Australian History in secondary college? And yah I agree with you about the scenery art thingy, I think scenery art in general is dull.

Focusing on the colonists and First Fleet and all that is done in Year 9. The entire year devoted to Australian history :S Year 10 also is Australian to an extent... sort of looking on the 20th Century in terms of Australia's involvement and such ie. WWI, WWII.

Year 9 bored me to tears... Year 10 was a bit more interesting, but still rather dry :-/

spending a whole year on the first fleet sounds like a slow painful death :|

I have a bigger one but I can't fit the whole book in my scanner. But it's titled "The Mockers" by Arthur Boyd. He has alot of great stuff based on biblical stories.
