Victorian Hat!
The Woman's Missionary Group at our Church is having a tea tonight with a Victorian theme. I have a "Victorian Lawn Dress" I'm doing to wear I got from the Smithsonian Magazine years ago and so I made a "Victorian Hat" to wear with it. I'm going to need some serious hat pins for it, but it's got toil, feathers and flowers. :-D
