yeah i know exactly what you mean. everything is a popularity contest, and if you dont dress right, do whatever is 'cool,' youre not good enough for anyone. people do really need to take a closer look at everyone and not judge them anymore!! couldnt have said it any better! hehe i love u :D <3

I know how you feel. When we’re younger, everything seems just so much simpler and then once we’re older, everyone’s trying to impress and just stop being themselves. And I’ve got burnt by a few ‘friends’ pretty badly so yeah, the truth is painful. :( But hope you still have faith, that there are still good, genuine people out there. :)

Things used to be so simple. We were young and "Wanna play?" was all u needed to build a friendship. High school is different. People are different, but it's like you're just the same. Laura, no one thinks that you're a bitch. You're one of the few out there who actually give a damn. Unlike those jerks, you're head isn't up your butt, and u don't spend u're days talking about the expensive new car daddy just bought u. Everything will be fine, I promise. Just stay as sweet and as level-headed as u are now. I'll always be here when you need me.
