I'm not the one who said it! It was in an article in The Guardian about what being an artist really is like. It made me feel better about the whole writing endeavour so I copied/pasted the text here.

Très intéressant. So now you'll be making time to sit down and scribble your way to a decent word count and maybe something which could be knocked into shape for publishing - with someone else having to do the copy reading and editing?

Or maybe next week when G is back at school!
