And . . . . we're back!
So after tea, Moops and I headed across the street to Queen's College, which I have a particular aversion to since Teddy Hall used to be part of Queen's! We'll probably go back there one day next week, though, because we couldn't go in the chapel today, but we still saw some lovely things.
From there we went round to Oriel, which I had to navigate one time to go to a Jewish Student Organization meeting. It was much prettier this time, in daylight.
We stopped by Corpus Christi, but Moops says there's not much to see, and I only took one picture.
Tired of college touring, we then headed to Marks & Spencer to buy fruit and other sundries, then headed toward the park and home. After depositing various items in my room, we decided to read in LMH's garden (where it would be less likely that a dog might pee on me), and did so (read, that is) happily for about two hours. On the way out, I took some pics of LMH has well.
And that concludes our tour for the day!
Tomorrow Katherine is driving us to Chalfont St. Giles, where the fantastic Milton's Cottage resides. wOOt wOOt. Now back to the strawberries and loaf of challah I bought at M&S today! Yay!
