Having been in polyamorous relationships a time or two of my life, I have to admit that I find nothing wrong with having multiple partners in your life - as long as everyone is aware. It's only when stuff is happening behind other's backs that people get hurt. At least that's my experience. :)
You should change one word in the question from (Do you think it's) "selfish" to (Do you think it's) "wrong"; of course it is selfish. More fun for you, riiight? It is a matter of what it is you are looking for from having more than one partner. It can work, and frequently does.
I see nothing wrong with the scenario, but neither can the two (or more ^^) other people involved. They have to know the arrangement up front, and should have an idea just where each fits in to your life (ie. one may be friends with benefits, while the other is more serious). So long as everyone can voice their feelings and desires, there is no reason everyone cannot get along. Sometimes all-together-like 8)
