Fitzgerald’s was located in The Heights, a historical district in Houston. Each place becomes more defined, more "real".
And they take me back to such a sweet time.
The 1980s maybe a cliche on VH1, but I really do love them.

Fortunately, we had played there many times before and Tommy was familiar with the PA. Everything was totally dialed-in including the monitors when we walked onstage and began our set. I remember an enthusiastic crowd and feeling very satisfied with our show that night. I remember chatting with the bearded guy, but did not realize it was Gibbons! Chaz
