I don't usually like 2nd POV, it's really difficult to write make it work but this is incredibly powerful and the imagery is just gorgeous

It makes me hurt.
A kind of aching stab in the heart.
I'm not sure if you meant it to be, my sleep deprived brain probably didn't catch half of this storys amazingness, but it was beautifully tragic. Tantalizing and captivating.
