Grad school struggles for LJ Idol

I returned to grad school last year, to get a degree in Digital Humanities. Maybe this is what "radical teaching" is all about. As usual, your dialog is wonderful. I always look forward to it. It has been a long time since I was in school. We had Humanities, but what is Digital Humanities?

Ugh-- the one class that you could fit in, and it was a complete (and baffling) waste of time and money?

At least you're free of it, and of having to work for a good grade in something that is such utter B.S. I hope the Chair slams the profs for that fiasco.

The Chair is using it as evidence that DH needs its own pedagogy classes, which I can get behind.

You should get what you pay for, especially given the amount of money school costs. And someone should take a look at that Digital Humanities curriculum.

This class is actually separate from the DH curriculum. It's part of a certificate rpgoram for all the grad programs there.

Having said that, DH is developing its own pedagogy classes.
