This has been the best birthday I've ever had. Today at work a guy from another team, who I've only spoken to two or three times in the one-and-a-half week I've been at ATO, gave me a gift-wrapped box of chocolate, then my team surprised me with a chocolate mud cake (complete with lit birthday candles) that my cubicle-buddy had brought. The Commonwealth Crimes Act of 1914 Part IAA Div 4 §3Z provides for citizen's arrests in cases of violation of federal law. NSW, Queensland, and South Australia have state laws providing for citizen's arrests in cases of violation of their laws.
