I hate rude ass customers that hang up on me because I tell them an answer that they don't want to hear! They seem to think that if they hang up on me and call back that another rep will tell them something different. Too bad it doesn't work that way!

I just had a meeting with Tony. I have had my first QA for the month. It was crappy. I got an 82, yay for failure. I guess looking at it in a more optimistic way, the last four months I have gotten really low scores for my first one and then did really well on the rest of them. Today was alright. Work went fairly well also. They finally have the reporting section of the website somewhat fixed. As in, there are numbers showing for last week. We're still missing all of February though. At least having stuff for last week is helping slightly, there weren't nearly as many people calling about it today.
