Please watch. It will hurt, but you can help. Dont be ignorant and get angry that you had to watch. Its a small price to pay for them having to deal...
That was so wrong. To think that people would go and use their time to abuse an animal like that for profit. I almost puked when I watched that. I've seen animals go in and out of surgery but wow nothing compaired to that. Funny thing is though that some vet techs at my school don't agree with peta. I'm going to show them this video.
thank you mary. i initially watched this video when it was posted on someone elses livejournal, and they didnt say what it was, i dont think i will ever get the image of the live animal, stripped of all hair except its eyelashes just laying there bleeding to death out of my mind... thank you for watching, its sickening, but the world needs to know.
I assume you've heard about the three hotel suicide bombings in Jordan. I was listening to a program on those incidents today on NPR, they were interviewing a man whose wife and baby daughter had gone to the wedding at one of the hotels. He couldn't attend because he had to work. His wife died and his infant daughter broke her right arm in the explosion but lived, the interview was conducted while the man was standing next to his daughter's hospital bed. He put his forehead to her cheek and she giggled and he started crying that people no longer seemed to be human, but something else, something evil. It made me realize that I no longer get angry when I hear about injustice and disaster, I just get sad. Today is filled with sorrow, as is the world it seems. Those animals depressed me. Or rather, it was the people.
beauty is found in the people who see it, trees still blow in the wind, people still hug tight, eyes still seem to tell a person's story, and the stars will never stop being pretty. people are evil, true, but never stop believing that people are good too.

I don't know what I'm rambling about.
