I would think so. It just feels like when I'm trying to envision the scenes, my vision is just all colored over in grey..... making the scenes even more grim and grave, yet the emotion between the two more earnest and solemn as well.... I guess that is what I meant when I was referring to the saturation of the heart due to these honest yet gloomy scenes involving the pitiful couple.
