Flowers of War
Oh goodness I just watched that film and HOT DAMN am I disturbed.
Eh, Flowers of War is a Chinese film by this renowned guy called Zhang Yimou and it reminds me of Letters from Iwo Jima, Quentin Tarantino's The Inglourious Basterds and other ugly war films and coincidentally, Amy Tan's The Kitchen God's Wife. Which had random war aspects as well.
