Shub, make applesauce, Cut the apples into little pieces, add a little water ( not much because they make their own juice)and cook until they are mushy, add a little sugar and stir it around until look like applesauce, freeze it until you have company and then you thaw it out and serve it. They will love it. Or better yet, make the applesauce, take it to school and let the kid's try a real "American" dish. They will love it.
