I was both delighted and alarmed to see Scott William Winters appear in an ep of NCIS this week. Very smarmy. Looks like they are setting him up a semi-regular, or at least a story arc. It feels weird.

I know just what you mean! Scott has his own website (which I think he runs himself), and he has clips from several of his previous roles on there, including smarmy jerks in Good Will Hunting and People Vs. Larry Flynt. He made such an impression as Cyril, it's strange to see him playing something so different.

Actually... I must use this opportunity to make you aware of the mind-blowing existence of a movie that Scott made called "Starwater," in which Lee has a scene. I posted all about it HERE. I'm not sure if you should add the movie to Lee's credits on his website or not! LOL O_O
