We'll go vego next time... actually... I just had a thought, we should have just had a look at the normal food menu, because I'm pretty sure you can still order that even when yum cha is on.

Very few people could post something like that and get a response...

If I was there, lauren we could have stole the custard tards and jelly blocks and headed for the hills, or something!

No custard tarts.

I was very sad.

We got there a little late though... I didn't realise yum cha stopped at 2.30 there.

No worries! Anyway, I should know better by now...I'm I get so sick of quizzing waiters that I'd rather starve.

See this is what happens when white people venture out to have Yum Cha without the inside knowledge and local expertise of a brutha to guide them.... ;-)

Eating from the garbage behind the supermarket = cheap and exciting dinner.

Two guys for every girl = exciting sexual adventure.

When we were up north, we saw kids stealing food from a dumpster, and then riding down the road on their bikes. When we followed them, we discovered them feasting on it.

The world is a strange place.

That's not strange. Lots of perfectly good food gets wasted by being thrown out. Eat up!
