I adore water features, luckily for me, Chicago offered plenty. Some of them were better than others, but I'll let you be the judge.
In this set of photos, you will get more of an insight into Chicago, the City, its architecture and its beauty.

My rule of thumb is that it's okay to embarrass yourself on holidays. I swear I was having more fun than the kids. I had truly never seen anything like it. I wish my city had a fountain that cool.

Awww.. I forgot ER was set there until you mentioned it. If you ever come to the US, please visit, you'll enjoy it very much.

I adore that building that reflects the river, so beautiful. And the art feature fountain is an amazing piece.
Ok, off to post number three ;)

Indeed. It looked a bit out of place in Chicago I must admit. Very cool, nonetheless.

The picture you have of the Wrigley building (tall white building with the clock on top - 8th from bottom) - you took this picture standing in front of one of the buildings I used to work in - on the right. :)
:-) That was very coincidental. I don't have any pics from the magnificent mile but I loved that end of town too. In fact, all over. A clean, modern, bustling city. Fabulous.
