I think both semis demonstrated that Federer and Nadal were a long way from their opponents. Safin (ranked 78th) has had a great tournament and tried his best in my opinion but was just given another masterclass by Federer who frankly looks unbeatable at the moment on grass. Likewise, Schuettler (somwehre around 250th) had nothing to lose and gave Nadal something to think about in the second set at least. No, they weren't great semis but the four top seeds weren't in them! As for Sunday the weather forecast is terrible; I see lots of interruptions...

Yeah, Federer is just looking so bullet-proof at the moment, hasn't dropped a set all tournament! And he's such a professional - takes to the court like a surgeon.

Schuettler impressed me with his doggedness. After the marathon he'd played just the day before he at least got out there and gave Raph something to think about, and work on. He was way out of his depth, and knew it, but threw everything he had left into it, sadly unlike Marat.
