My theory was that girls in general don't go through as much of the 'uglies' as boys. But Bright is proving me wrong here.

Maybe - I know dobes tend to go thru that ugly phase around 6-9 mths. Once they hit 1 yr they look kind of OK. Jill is looking very nice now at 7 mths (I am biased). She is 7 mths old today. She has her height mainly, so she is under 20".
