Keep your chin up Stelzig, don't become Justice. :) Does River Falls have a Technical College? Or one closer to there? There's nothing saying that if you aren't a student at UWRF you can't live there anyway. Don't do what's going to make your parents happy, they're proof that you can go back to school at any time. Do what's going to make you the happiest Stelzig. You're friends (and your girlfriend too I would assume) are going to be behind you every step of the way and we're always here to help if you need anything.

don't worry buddy! this year has been really tough for me too...college is a huge change. i KNOW you're smart, yeah kinda lazy too sometimes like everyone else ;) but you have the ability to do whatever the hell you want, so whether it's a 4 year school or the tech don't sweat it...you're only 19...just don't drop out and work at mickey d's!

I agree with Kat. You are smart and I know you are capable of doing well in school, you just have to set aside time to look at ugly books. College is hard, but it will be easier if you get it done now than going back to it later. It will pay of in the end and you will feel so much better when it's done if you work hard now. You won't be the 30 year old guy living with his parents. You are going to work with computers and you are going to make a lot of money and live in your big house with your lovely wife and cute little Stelzig's. Do you really want to stand still? That's scary. I've considered it too. I've wondered at times how I'm going to make it out of here. I've thought about life without college and the conclusion that I came to is that it would be a hell of a lot more stressful trying to live life day to day without it. You'd be tying yourself up. You CAN get through this Aaron! UWRF is only 4 or 5 years, then you'll have that degree for the rest of your life and you'll never have to do school again. Besides, I've heard ( ... )

I know how you are feeling, school is not what i want to be doing right now (which is why im going to the tech [instead of dropping out] and moving out) You wont be living at your parents house forever, hell even if you came back this year you would be moving out. And if you buckle down and try, you could succeed at UWRF too, its really your choice. I plan on getting a 2 year at the tech, and then getting a 4 year at UWEC, that way, if the 4 year fails i still have a 2 year to fall back on. You could always try UWRF for another semester or year and if you do fail out, you can still go to the tech! Basically what i'm saying...
If you really try hard, you can succeed at UWRF. You can do it. And even if it doesnt work out, you can fall back on the tech.
If you come back to the tech, you can succeed, get a two year and go back to RF if you want. In the mean time you can borrow my car once in a while to go up for the weekends and what not, it will work out.

It's you, im here to talk to you if you need me to.
