The SQUEEEE! heard round the world
The only thing that makes me happier than loving last night's Angel eppy is reading about how many of my LJ buds were made equally happy by said episode. It's just NICE to see the joy.
I know the show is Angel, and not Buffy Season 8, but goddamn I miss my beloved Sunnydalians, and I was thrilled to hear about them. And I could listen to Andrew pronounce Vam-PYRE every day for a year and not get sick of it. It just cracks me up. I'm easy. I don't even mind his silly hobbit hairdo.
And Dana? Don't leave! You're such a cool character. And a good actress played you! Wheeee!
I only watched the episode once but I can't wait to rewatch tonight. So much happened, so much to love, from Andrew's bag of snacks to his Spike hug, to Andrew calling Fred "pretty, slender one," to that creepy, scary opening scene, to Angel and Spike's moving, well-written scene at the end... to the Andrew/Angel smackdown... hell, I even loved seeing all those Slayerettes. It gave me goosebumps.
