This is the most amazing thing I have ever read. I swear I am not trying to exaggerate but in my excitement I can't make any promises. I have reread this like four hundred times today. Or maybe just four. You have them so spot on. And those last two scenes. God damn Holder breaks my heart here just as much as he does on the show. I have to commend you specifically on the visualization of these two scenes. Just. Perfect perfect perfect. I also love that scene outside of the courtroom where linden sees him and jack from a distance. So right. And the cross tattoo. I kicked myself for forgetting to include it in my own fic. Seriously? Perfection!

YAY! I'm so relieved to hear you like this one. I was a little iffy about it, but after Sunday's ep I had this feeling Sarah would be losing her son soon and I wanted to explore that with added Holder/Linden feels of course because that's how I roll.
