I really liked crash. I'm glad it won. I only saw two of the best pic. nominees (the other one being brokeback) and I thought it was the better of the two. Though I thought brokeback was good and dealt with issues that no other movie has dealt with, I don't think that alone entitles it to an oscar. And though I agree with you that Walk the Line should have been nominated, I don't think it should have been at the expense of Crash. I didn't see King Kong or Constant Gardner... though I don't know how I would feel about King Kong even if I had seen it

I have had the pimp song in my head all week. LOL Terrence Howard was amazing in that movie. The same could be said for Crash though, that just because it takes place in LA doesnt mean it deserved the Oscar. It was the friendly alternative, a good movie yes and I liked it too when I saw it both times. Both movies dealt with an issue. It came down to which one they wanted to recognize. Your opinion always counts Megan and I always value it. We must get lunch soon, but after Spring Break my days are open again.
