Whoa, how did the holidays sneak up on me? Ok, they didn't really sneak up like some sinister comic book villian, but it just always seems like the time between Halloween and Christmas gets shorter and shorter as I get older. Yeah, and for some reason the holidays become an excuse to decorate in hideously gaudy artificial flowers (which I slipped up and called "fake" at work, but maybe that's not such a bad goof-up), and also GLITTER. I come home from my job pretty much covered in the stuff. I feel like by the time Christmas actually rolls around, I'll be sneezing it out.

Good luck on those blankets. Got carpel tunnel yet? ;)
