Bacon DOES NOT BELONG IN TACOS EVER.

As a person who doesn't like pork, the current craze to put bacon on everything has been annoying for me (nevermind the new meme of bacon crafting which is not only gross but also overdone).  I understand that most people really like bacon and probably appreciate its increase availability, but now it just seems like people are just ordering it for

i only eat pork chops, but i've noticed the swinery across america thing, too. i noticed it the worst when i was in CA. i almost vomitted over the tacos. :x

I love bacon, so I can't say I mind the current "bacon with everything!" trend.

I admit it isn't my demographic since I don't like bacon, but there are lots of things I love, but that doesn't mean I want them in everything. I really like french fries, for example, but I don't want them in my salad or inside cake or in my pasta. Why would bacon be any different? Personal feelings of it aside, not every good food goes with every other good food. Bacon cupcakes are an abomination and I can't say bacon tacos are that far off.

Even if it really did taste good with everything, wouldn't you crave something non-bacon tasting some of the time?

Bacon is like a magic food that makes almost everything better. I suppose I wouldn't want it in everything, though.
